Working With Us: Ordering, Delivery and Acclimatisation
Every grow is different, so every offer is tailored.
Quantity, format, timing and delivery change the price. Send us your requirements and you will have a written offer within a few working days. No price lists, no surprises.
How to Order
From first contact to plants in your facility, this is the path. Most of it happens in one conversation.
1. Tell us about your grow
Cannabinoid and terpene profile, quantity, timing, indoor or outdoor, your acclimatisation set-up.
2. Choose line and format
We recommend lines from our catalogue and the format that suits your facility.
3. Regulatory check
Every line comes with its own regulatory conditions. We confirm what applies to your case before the order is confirmed.
4. Written offer
Price, lead time and delivery terms in writing, tailored to your order.
5. Agreement
A short supply and confidentiality agreement protects the genetics and your investment.
6. Delivery or collection
Collection in Valais by appointment, or transport with our partner, with the acclimatisation guide.
Lead times
Lines held in vitro are multiplied to order. Mother plants in the vessel usually take three to four weeks; acclimatised plants four to six. Introducing your own cultivar takes six to ten months. We confirm every date in the offer. For outdoor seasons, contact us early in the year so your batch is hardened in time for planting.
Shipping and collection
Collection at our facility in Valais by appointment. Shipping within Switzerland and to Europe in protected packaging with our transport partner. Where a line is subject to specific authorisations, we handle the paperwork with you before shipping.
Trial under agreement
Not sure yet? We share dried-flower samples and analytical data without obligation. Live in vitro material is supplied only under agreement: it is easy to re-culture and it is the asset that makes your harvests, and ours, worth protecting.
Acclimatisation in Four Phases
Days 0-3
High humidity (90-95%), soft light, 22-25 °C, no draughts. Keep vessels closed as long as possible.
Days 4-10
Reduce humidity gradually, increase light step by step. Water lightly; overwatering is the main cause of losses.
Days 10-14
Move to standard vegetative conditions. Plants now behave like established cuttings.
Support
Every delivery includes our guide. If something goes wrong, call us the same day; we are growers too.
Questions Growers Ask

01.
Format
What do I receive? Mother plants, in one of two formats: in the vessel, with our acclimatisation protocol, for growers with a humidity-controlled propagation area; or already acclimatised in substrate, for growers who prefer not to run the acclimatisation themselves. From them you take your own cuttings. We advise on the right format for your facility.
02.
Quantities
Is there a minimum order? No. Most orders are small: enough clean mother plants to restart a line. Larger batches of plantlets or cuttings are quoted case by case and need around six months’ notice. Mixed orders across several lines are welcome.

03.
Testing
Are the plants tested and true to type? Material is screened for HLVd and other pathogens, and every line stays anchored to its original tested explant rather than being multiplied indefinitely. Analytical data and test results are available on request.
04.
Legality
Can I buy legally? Most of our lines can be grown by any professional producer in Switzerland. Some lines are subject to specific authorisations, and cross-border shipments need plant health paperwork on both sides. We tell you what applies to your case before confirming an order.

Can you clean and store my own cultivar? Yes. See our genetic banking service. The cultivar stays yours, under a confidentiality agreement.
How can I verify your process? Through batch references, independent test reports and analytical data per line. Talk to Stefano directly at +41 774 118 509 or info@solucionesbotanicas.com.
